The Organic Half Arch is made on a Framework that is the property of Balloon Saloon. It is NOT DISPOSABLE. The design is made up of Latex Balloons filled with AIR and attached to the framework. There is a mix of sizes in 5", 11" & 16" Latex Balloons.
