Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We deliver all across Sydney - including the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD, Inner West, St George area, and beyond! Not sure if we deliver to you? Just ask!
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Most times - Yes! Same-day delivery is available on select products and locations. Please contact us to confirm availability as we will always try to accommodate when we can!
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible - especially for weekends! Delivery slots fill up fast, so secure your spot today.
🎨 Custom Orders & Products
Q: Can I customise my balloon colours or theme?
A: Absolutely! You can choose colours to match your party theme. We love creating bespoke balloon garlands, arches and bunches.
Q: What if I don’t know what I want?
A: No problem! That is exactly what we're here for! Send us a few inspo pics or tell us your theme, and we’ll design something magical just for you.
🚚 Delivery & Setup
Q: Do you set up the balloons at my venue?
A: Yes! For garlands, arches and large installations, setup is included. We’ll coordinate timing to make sure everything is perfect for your event.
Q: Can I pick up my balloons?
A: Yes! We do offer pre-booked pick up options from our store in Matraville.
Please note, the store is not a showroom or open for browsing.
Q: What happens if I’m not home at delivery time?
A: We’ll contact you via phone but please ensure someone is available to receive your balloons in the confirmed delivery window. If we cannot get a hold of you, the balloons will be left in as safe a space as possible. If there is no where to leave the balloons, we will take the balloons back, however, please note there will be additional charges for re-delivery.
⏱️ Balloon Lifespan & Care
Q: How long do your balloons last?
A: Our air-filled garlands last 3–7 days (generally longer if indoors!). Helium balloons last approximately 10-12 hours depending on size and weather conditions. You can extend their lifespan to 1-3 days by using the long life gel.
Q: Can balloons go outside?
A: Yes - but please note outdoor balloons are more affected by heat, wind and sun. We’ll give you care tips to keep them looking fab but we cannot take responsibility for the lifespan of any balloons kept outdoors! Arches and columns are great options for outdoor displays.
💸 Pricing & Payment
Q: How much do your balloon garlands or arches cost?
A: Pricing depends on size, style and setup. Our balloon garlands start from $110, with delivery & setup quoted based on your location. Contact us for a custom quote!
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay securely via our website or with a credit card over the phone. For our corporate clients, we also offer payment via direct transfer.
