Framework Responsibility
All hired frameworks, stands, and structures remain the property of Balloon Saloon. If any framework is damaged, lost, or disposed of, or is not available for collection by our team at the agreed time, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the client.
The design is made up of Latex Balloons filled with AIR and attached to the framework. There is a mix of sizes in 11" & 16" Latex Balloons.
