Balloons
How long do balloons last ? Helium filled latex balloons last a good 12hours, air filled latex balloons can last up to 1 week
Do I have to book or can I just come in to purchase balloons ? You can do either, If you would like to book we can have your balloons ready for you to save you time on the day of your party. Otherwise we would love to see you in our store so you can select your own balloons, however do remember that balloons only last for 12 hours so they must be made on the day of you party and only a few hours before
How much are your helium balloons ? Individual helium balloons are priced at $1.90each for the plain colours and $2.50each for any printed design
When do I need to book my balloons ? we are happy to hear from you all the time, if possible within the week before your party is a great time to book. But please don't worry if it is only the day before we will fit you in
How many colours can I pick ? As many as you like, we have over 50 colours to choose from so have fun !
Am I late to book balloons ? Never to late to ask, please let us know what you need and we will do our best to sort it all out for you
Do you inflate my balloons I have purchased from the supermarket ? Yes we can, however please be aware that they are a cheeper quality balloon and may not be a good size and thinner latex therefore may not float for as long, they can also pop very easily.
How much is is to inflate my own balloons ? Your latex 11inch balloons are priced at $1.60 to inflate with helium, Foil balloons vary in sizes so the costing can vary from $5 up to $30 to helium fill
Can I purchase my balloons now, my party is tomorrow ? Standard helium filled balloons last for a good 12 hours so not for the next day. But we have a substance called Hi Float that will treat your balloons to make them last for at least 2-3 days depending on the environment they are kept in. This is a great idea so you do not have to run around as much on the day of your party. Hi Float is priced at $1 extra per balloon
Can I re-inflate my foil balloon ? Yes foil balloons can be re-inflated, ba aware that after time they may have small holes we will do our best to patch them if we notice them
How much is an un-inflated balloon ? latex balloons flat/un-inflated are priced at 70c each for the plain colours and $1.50each for prints
How long is the ribbon on the balloons ? Our standard length is 1.5 meters, however we can make it shorter or longer if needed
Is there an extra charge for longer ribbons ? Not if it is 3 meters or less
Can I have metallic ribbon ? Yes metallic ribbon looks wonderful on the balloons, we have a selection of colours: red, silver, gold, blue, pink, green & magenta
How much does metallic ribbon cost ? Metallic ribbon is priced at 10c extra on the cost of your balloon
How much is a foil balloon ? Foil balloons come in a variety of sizes the costing on these start from $13.50 helium filled up to $55
How long do foil balloons last ? Helium filled a foil balloon will last up to 1 week and foil balloons can also be re-inflated
Is the weight included in the price ? Weights are only included in the costing of our arrangements of balloons. You can purchase them seperately for $4-$5 to decorate yourself
Delivery
Do you deliver helium filled balloons ? Yes, we are always ready to help you party so we can deliver your balloons on the day, we do have a minimum order of $95 worth of balloons for delivery plus a delivery fee
How much is your delivery fee for helium filled balloons ? Delivery in the Eastern Suburbs is priced at $25 and the CBD $30, out of these areas please call our store for a quote
Where do you deliver to ? Our main delivery area is Sydney Eastern Suburbs and CBD for heluim filled balloons, we do also sell party goods and flat packed balloons that can be posted anywhere
Can I order 30 balloons delivered ? Our minimum order is 50 balloons delivered however 30 balloons do fit easierly on the back seat of a majority of cars. Otherwise please call and chat to one of our team to see what options we may have for you
Helium DIY Kits
Do you have helium diy tanks/kits ? Absolutely! They are available in various sizes - 50 balloon kit, 100 balloon kit, 150 balloon kit and 300 balloon kit
Can I buy a helium tank ? Our helium cylinders are only on hire, you can not buy/own a helium cylinder
How much do you charge for your helium diy kits ? As these are available in various sizes please check out the costing in our "balloon and party shop" section of our website
What's included in the helium diy kits ? You can hire the helium gas only or the full kit which includes balloons, ribbons, balloon clips and the helium (we highly recommend the full kit to get the most out of your helium purchase - this is because we only use the highest quality latex)
Payment
Can I pay when I pick up my balloons ? To have your balloons filled and ready to party for you we do require pre-payment, however we are fairly fast at inflating so if you have a few minutes to wait we can get them ready for you when you come into the store
How do I pay for my order ? We do require pre-payment for balloon orders this can be done in store, over the phone by credit card or direct debt
Can I pay on delivery ? Again we do require pre-payment for inflated balloons, so we can either process a credit card over the phone or you can come in store and pay cash before the day
What is your minimum for delivery ? We have a minimum order of $95 before the delivery fee, this could be 50 floating balloons for the ceiling or arrangements for the floor/table that add up to a total of $95 (stock purchases can also help you reach this minimum)
Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases ? We do not discount for larger quantities, if you are on a budget please let us know and we may be able to recommend a more cost effective way to still create that WOW factor at your party
Can I get a better price ? We think that our pricing is good for the quality we provide, however please let us know and we will see what we can suggest to make your party look amazing within your budget
General Questions
Are you open Saturdays and Sundays ? Absolutley! These are the perfect party days
What time are you open till ? Monday to Saturday we are open from 9.30am till 5.30pm and Sundays 9.30am till 1pm
Is there something that will make my balloons last longer ? Yes, this is called Hi Float, a treatment that will make your latex balloons last 2-3 days longer
How much does Hi Float cost ? Hi Float is priced at $1 extra per balloon
Can you sprinkle scatters on the tables for me at a venue ? Yes as long as the venue is happy to have table scatters and that the tables are ready this is something we can do as part of our delivery
Can you put up a banner for me at a venue ? Unfortunately no we do not hang banners, this is something you would need to arrange with the venue
Can I change my order ? We are happy to make changes to your order up until the day before your function, but once we have inflated balloons for you we can not change or refund
How do I confirm my order ? We like to confirm all delivery orders 1-2 days before the party so that we have all the final numbers correct, this can be done in store or we can run though your order over the phone
